Enquiries & planning
When you enquire with us, we'll work with you to design a journey based on your interests and preferences. An enquiry or proposal does not constitute a confirmed booking. Prices, availability, and itinerary details are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you and received any deposit or payment required. Full booking terms, including payment schedules, deposits, and what's included, will be set out at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted based on the arrangements agreed at the time. Where costs outside our control change (such as supplier rates, taxes, or exchange rates), we will let you know as early as possible.
Changes & cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations may be subject to charges, depending on the arrangements and the policies of the suppliers involved. These will be explained to you at the time of booking.
Occasionally we may need to make changes to a journey due to circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will do our best to offer suitable alternatives and keep any disruption to a minimum.
Third-party suppliers
Your journey is delivered in part by independent suppliers — such as hotels, transport providers, and guides. While we choose our partners with care, these services are subject to their own terms and conditions, and we act as an intermediary in arranging them.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- The information you provide to us is accurate and complete
- You hold valid travel documents, including passports and visas
- You have appropriate travel insurance for your journey
- You meet any health or entry requirements for the destinations you visit
Liability
We take great care in planning and arranging your journey. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Karmic Journeys or our licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
